GHA has the capacity to smoke aproximately 1900 kg (300 stone) per night. A typical night will see between 180 kg to 600 kg, depending on orders, supplies and customer demand.

 

Main species smoked in the factory:

Haddock (natural and coloured), Cod, Ling, Pollack, Whiting.

These products can be supplied fresh or frozen and are sourced from sustainably managed fisheries.  

 

We can also supply a wide range of wet fish products to the traditional fishmonger including:

Halibut, Lemon Sole, Red fish, Coley, Dog fish, Whiting, Roker, Greenland Halibut, Monkfish, Catfish, Ling, Pollack, Megrim, which are all available in whole or fillet form.
